Seniors on the Go (SOTG) 55+ Day Trip

Rides & Rails Adventure – Saturday, September 12, 2026

Join us for a 55+ Seniors on the Go adventure featuring three unique Indiana stops on Thursday, September 24!

Climb aboard the Hoosier Valley Railroad Museum for time to explore the museum before enjoying a 45-minute diesel train ride with your choice of open-air or coach seating, subject to availability. Then, relax over lunch at Fingerhut Bakery before we wrap up the day at Kersting’s Motorcycle Museum, home to an impressive collection of motorcycles and memorabilia.

Planned Stops:
🚌 Meet at the Portage Township YMCA: 8:00 AM
🚌 Return to the YMCA: approximately 4:00–5:00 PM
🚂 Hoosier Valley Railroad Museum & 45-minute train ride
🥪 Lunch at Fingerhut Bakery
🏍️ Kersting’s Motorcycle Museum

Cost: $50 per person

Ticket price includes transportation, lunch, admission, and train ride.
